1. Services Provided

Connecticut Land & Tree offers professional tree removal, stump grinding, land clearing, and related services in Connecticut. Services are subject to availability and may require an on-site assessment.

2. Estimates, Deposits & Payments

✔ Free Estimates: We provide free estimates upon request. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

✔ Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to schedule a service date. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

✔ Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and other agreed payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

✔ Cancellations: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

✔ Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a fee.

✔ Deposit Forfeiture: Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service date.

4. Property Access & Liability

✔ Clients must provide clear access to the work area before services begin.

✔ We take every precaution to prevent property damage; however, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or issues beyond our control.

✔ It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of underground utilities or potential hazards before work begins.

5. SMS & Communication Policy

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Connecticut Land & Tree related to service updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

✔ All services are performed professionally and to industry standards.

✔ We do not guarantee tree health after pruning or cutting, as tree conditions may vary.

✔ Connecticut Land & Tree is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Refund Policy

✔ Due to the nature of our services, deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
